Policy Center

What is the Policy Center?

The Policy Center allows publishers to view violation records and troubleshooting suggestions, submit appeals, and make rectifications, all in one place.

View account violation details

Policy overview

Violations are classified by module: Account and App. If no issues are detected in these modules, you will see a message on the Policy Center interface stating, "There are currently no issues with your account/app that may cause the suspension or restriction of ad filling. Keep up the good work!".

Account health

The "Account" module displays the number of issues and corresponding penalties.

Within the main content, you'll find labels indicating abnormalities and suggested rectifications. If there are any associated fines, they will be displayed under "Estimated Deduction Amount". Additionally, the "Processing Time" indicates when the issue was handled.

App health

The "App" module provides an overview of your app's health status using four metrics: Issue Count (the total number of issues you need to check and resolve), Warnings (identified issues that must be promptly addressed to prevent suspension or restriction of ad fill), Ads Stopped Filling (the total number of accounts/apps/ad placements that have stopped ad fill), and Ads Restricted Filling (the total number of accounts/apps/ad placements with restrictions).

Publishers can pinpoint a specific issue by searching for the date of the incident, app name/ID, app package name, penalty, feedback status, and issue description tag.

As shown in the screenshot, the problem metrics, penalties, reasons, and other information are displayed.

  • App info: App name and app ID
  • Package name: Name of the app package

In the lower-right corner of the Account module, you'll find the "Submit Feedback" button. Click it to initiate the appeal process.

If you cannot find any issues or have rectified all issues found, please provide a description of what you have carried out in the "Feedback > Details" box. This should include a detailed description of the inspection you performed, including methods, processes, and results, as well as rectifications made and the current status of any issues. To provide documents or images as evidence, you can upload them as attachments.

After submitting feedback, the status will change to "In Progress" and the "Feedback" button will become unavailable. Please wait for the feedback results, which you can access via email or system messages.
